Off and on over the past few months I've been thinking about a low-cost combi-oven hack to be used outdoors. An oven chamber such as a small smoker or the like that can take the heat....

Round revolving grill rack carousel (for even heating) suspended from one of those mirror ball motors that's above the oven and shielded from heat....

A 3-4 hole exhaust manifold with the holes oriented vertically on the side of the oven (new ones start at about $30 on eBay including the shipping).....

Manifold connected to a rheostat controlled heat gun so temperature can be precisely adjusted......

Steam provided by dripping water via a needle valve above the oven which drips on the bottom of the oven near a corner producing steam.
Temperature and humidity feedback via wet and dry thermometers.
Is this a crazy idea? : )
