Photo Uploading

I'm having trouble uploading photos on my new Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet. Is it equipment or operator error? I'm thinking the later but wanted to check with my fellow chefs. Thanks!

I've noticed that when my pictures are too large, they don't upload. Been meaning to ask what size is allowable/optimal, but haven't. Perhaps the issue?

@Michael Natkin - Uploading photos in the forum has been sketchy of late. I've had issues and seen evidence of others as well. Even when I get a photo to go, it loads well past 100% before updating with long upload times.
