Re-using Mason jar lids..

For things such as "egg bites" .. is there any reason not to re-use the lids (that are still in good shape"...???

I reuse the seals and lids until they look yuk. I wouldn't use them in canning once you you've them in sous vide applications but for egg bites, creme brulee, etc....go for it.

I do too, have used some a dozen time without a problem.
