I hope members who can see this show watched Tony Bourdain spend an hour profiling René Redzepi and Noma.  It was equal parts brilliant and fascinating.

And the food..........!  Zut alors!

I'll look for it. His Decoding Ferran Adria was probably the best description I've seen of the El Bulli experience. Maybe this program will do the same thing for Noma! :-)
