Props for coming up with an out of the box idea for sous vide. The device actually looks interesting, but there are significantly more efficient designs and methods out there, that are already tried and true. I look forward to seeing your other creations as fast as cooking goes, but I cannot imagine having the desire to use a device like this. Maybe there's someone out there with a hard on to find a steampunk sous vide device. Other than that,I don't see this catching on. Good luck to you.

Idk, it is to do with cooking, and there have been other folks showcasing their kitchen kit on here. While I think the device is a bit ridiculous, I'm not sure it's any more spam than someone showing off their fancy schmancy knife, or shelving unit that was built for them, or even what they cooked for a catering event. I guess we'll wait and see what Chefsteps thinks.

Not spam in my opinion...+1 for creativity... but, if one is going to use a burner and thermometer anyway, why is the shower necessary?
