Constant wifi issue

Love Joule and very happy with how it performed since I got it but the consistent connection issue is getting to me slowly but surely.

The wifi works perfectly once I set it up but after a few days, it would loose its connection. Example: cooked with Joule a few days ago. Shut it down after the cook using the apps which worked perfectly. Left Joule in the tub without unplugging it. (white light was on all time) Today, try to start it from work and nada. The same and typical wifi error message.

I know now after so many occurrences that I need to 'reset' it  as per  the instructions in the FAQ. I know it will work after I do it but the problem will happen again and again. Joule wifi is a big selling point but it has not performed to the standards it should have IMO.

Have anyone found a trick or tip so that I can avoid all of 'resetting'? Any help would be appreciated.

Btw - I am a big CS fan and push a lot of their ideas to family and friends.

I had this issue for a long time. It would connect for a day or two, than lose the connection. Bluetooth would work when I was in range, but not the anytime access connection I expected. I also leave joule plugged in and ready most of the time, but not being able to access it remotely meant I couldn't start the bath warming up while on the way home from work. I had even tried messenger and Alexa as a workaround, but those also require wifi. Ultimately, I bought a new router. I had a bear of a time getting it to connect with the new router, and finally had to do a hard reset of joule. After that, it paired right up with the router and it has been a flawless connection since then (about 1 month ago). I am guessing that the router was the major issue. I had done many many resets with the old router, and still had issues. I've had more consistent performance with all of my wireless devices since the upgrade, but none of them had near the problems that Joule did before.
