When I initially signed up I used a po box then in august I updated with a physical addy which Janie at BnD sent to China . From there it goes dark but I have a tracking # so I knew it was delivered at 9:22 this morning just not to me and with no signature required as well :-( Janie has been very responsive with this so gotta wait for update tomorrow.

Mine came yesterday, so excited! I started by spinning some watermelon puree. Unfortunately the watermelon I had wasn't very sweet so it was kind of a bust. I had some orange juice that I had pre-treated with pectinex which worked great. Now I'm spinning some strawberries, should be ready in 20min or so. I have a long list of things to try this weekend

So... the update. FedEx are a bunch of liars. After I confronted them multiple times they continuously stuck with the story that they delivered it to my address (with no signature required!!) which is out at my mom's house in the country. I use this address because it's a lot more secure than my house. They never deliver packages before 4:00pm and mom was out there that morning. They continued to stick with this story with the team at BnD until they finally admitted their lie to Janie after multiple inquiries! They've got three days to find and retrieve... Haha.. good luck FedEx! This is not my first run in with them this year either!

So looks like I'll probably have to wait for the next shipment as there are none to be had right now 😢

Hi all, I created a group on Facebook for owners & those interested in Spinzall. I don't know how to link directly, the group is called "Spinzall Centrifuge". I'm especially interested in sharing spin times, I don't think I spun my watermelon puree long enough and probably spun the strawberry puree longer than I needed to.

Nope although Matt with BnD support in China just asked if I refused the package on Saturday because apparently FedEx told him it was refused. What tangled web they weave! I'm covered with BnD for a new unit so I'm not worried. It's just a time thing either FedEx gets their junk together or I'll get one shipped from Maine at the end of the month.

That really sucks! I just had a run in with USPS, they swear it was delivered to my house.....my cameras show no delivery. It was located, they delivered to my neighbor.

Got mine last Thursday. Was too excited to take pictures but so far I've spun lime, strawberry, and blueberry juices. I've made the CS Strawberry soda (minus the phosphoric acid) and it was exactly as described: Just like drinking a fresh ripe strawberry. Delicious. The wife was pretty impressed at that point.

I failed to read directions and didn't realize that high acid fruits require the use of all three enzymes/agents in the Modernist Pantry kit, so I was at first disappointed in the lime juice as it wasn't perfectly clear. I'll run it again but it was fine enough to carbonate a simple lime soda that my wife and I enjoyed.

My wife bought a huge bag of frozen peas to make baby food for our daughter and I kindly let her know that I will be needing half of it for the pea butter. Maybe tonight! Yes, I will happily steal food from a baby.

I think most juices will probably need acid to balance out. I agree that the blueberry juice was nice, but if you taste the puree leftover in the rotor you'll notice it's pretty tart. Have to add that back in somehow. All I have is malic acid so I'll mess with that tonight and see how it tastes. I read a recipe that called for citric, which I don't have. My pantry is not well stocked with powdered acids at this point in time, but I'm working on it!

Also, I guess you can add lime/lemon juice since those flavors work well with berries most of the time.

The next concept I want to work on is a Strawberry, Lime, Rosemary, Gin Soda. Followed by a carbonated version of a killer Cucumber Lime Basil Ginger Martini that my wife makes. So much work to do, so little time.

Yes I finally got it! Everything safe and sound in box. Here’s the funny part and yes there always has to be a funny part. I ordered all the fining stuf and the pectinex from modernist pantry to be sent to my po box with USPS but somehow they shipped via FedEx with my po number on it. So I’m all dressed up and nowhere to go :-| poor Janie was feeling pretty bad for me at that point. It’s always something John!

So mine arrived today, which took me kinda by suprise since my tracking number still say's nothing but that a label has been printed. Sure enough my parcel hat a different tracking number than i was told. Luckily amazon delivers quickly, so my transformer should get here tomorrow. Atm i only have some pectinex here no kieselsol or chitosan. Any suggestions on what i should try that clarifies well with only pectinex?
