Love my Joule.
Was thinking that there's one missing feature from the app, that seems like it would be very beneficial: a small digital clock that starts to count up when Joule comes to the target temp, that way, while we may not exactly need a timer, we would at least know how long we've been cooking something. Seems like a no brainer.
