Looking at possibly buying another Joule. My family is split between cooking steaks to medium well and medium rare. This means cook the more well-done steaks first, then bring temp DOWN to the rarer temp and throw the next steaks in, but I have one person who likes hers BLUE RARE. So I have to drop the temp again...
If I leave the medium-well steaks in long enough to do all this cooking, I believe this to be too long, the texture changes - basically at around 6 hours, I think. If I had another Joule, I wouldn't have to spend all day cooking these - but I can't find anywhere if the Joule app is capable of controlling multiple Joules at the same time? Is this capability planned? I don't want to spend $200 on another Joule to find out I am going to have trouble controlling both of them or have to jump through hoops with using different control devices, etc. I can get another brand (which I won't mention here, lol) to have totally separate units, but I prefer my Joule.
Any suggestions?
