Canning Apple Pie Filling with Joule

Can anyone give me some guide lines on Canning Apple Pie Filling with Joule? I've tried the quick pickle recipe and am excited about the possibilities.

It is my understanding that it can not be done safely. Only high acid, like pickles can be made shelf stable safety. IMHO, don't do it.
