I was so excited to see Grant, Chris et al. last night on Parts Unknown. I was dissapointed that the segment was so short and the conversation basically was limited to two questions, especially in light of the epic feast you threw for him (for that matter, the conversation with Nathan at the Modernist Cuisine labs was also shockingly short given the release of the Bread Volumes and how fascinating a guy that is Nathan).
But it also reminded me how sad I am that we haven't seen any new, classicala Chefsteps content in ages. I appreciate the undertaking that Joule is but can we get the culinary team back in front of the camera for old times sake? What about an epic Chefsteps Staff Christmas Party Feast? Think Wall of Fire stuff... or maybe you can take a crack at your own Canned Bread in a Jar ala the new Modernist Bread? Bagel toppings that don't fall off.. something.
PS If you have me for a Feast like the one you threw for Tony, I promise I'll ask more than two questions. I cant get you global exposure but I am one heck of a dinner conversationalist - don't you want to hear about the time I shutdown two major traffic thoroughfares at rush hour in a North American Capital City for my highschool prom?
