I just wanted to say thanks to ChefSteps for designing the joule with a minimum temp of 68 degrees. I just got back into doing B&W film photography and the joule works great for bringing my developer and fixer to temp and keeping them there! I put the chems in sealed 1 liter plastic bottles and then into a 68 degree water bath so the Joule never comes into contact with them (anticipating the horrified replies already!). It works really well in the winter when I'm hard pressed to keep my makeshift darkroom (eg: guest bathroom) at a consistent temperature.
