Had my Joule stolen after it was dropped off

Pretty upset and not sure what kind of recourse I have but a Christmas grinch decided to divert the ownership of my Joule to themselves.

Has anyone else had experiences with their shipments being stolen?

:-( Are you certain it was stolen? I've been around that block with so many deliveries and the majority of the time it is delivered to the wrong address.....and they don't correct it. Get the shipping company involved asap (and it won't be easy). Knock on the neighbor's doors and see what you find out. Sorry you have to go through it (it's a PITA)

Everything that Todd said! I recently had a doozie with FedEx where they suggested my package was probably stolen. They told this to the vendor and me, now mind you this was for a signature required delivery! In the week long debacle they also tried delivering to an address that I lived at more than 20years ago!

Make sure to talk to ChefSteps as well so they get involved with the shipper. They’ve got a super crew that really goes out to give superior customer support. Also how did you pay? Remember some payment methods have recourse for this! Hope you get resolve!

I had one recently where the post office said it was delivered on my door step. I have cameras, it wasn't delivered, they claimed it was mark on their GPS that it was delivered to my house. Two days later a neighbor who had been out of town brought it to me, it was in there mail they picked up at the post office. My question still is, how could their GPS have noted it was delivered to my house.
