Any idea of when the Joule alexa skill will be available in Canada?

I asked and got a "We are planning on supporting Alexa in Canada, but do not have a firm timeline at the moment. So sorry that I am not able to give a more concrete answer currently!" If i had to guess i'd say that they are trying to improve the skill at the same time as the reviews on the US skill are that its very lacking (no timer functionality).
