Hey,
Was wondering if you had tips to keep dry ice in an apartment.

Based on my experience, the best thing for someone to store it in (for convenience/efficiency's sake) is one of those ice chests. If you can't get your hands on that, polystyrene boxes are another option. You'll lose a couple of kg of the stuff every 24 hours so use it quick and don't store it in the bedroom!
Sublimation of the dry ice into gaseous CO2 is going to happen anyway but the least you can do is keep it away from where you sleep.
