Register Sous Vide?

I recently received a Joule sous vide as a gift. I thought it would be some ridiculous, silly novelty tool like a Slapchop; in actuality it's become the most useful thing in my kitchen. No wonder restaurant kitchens use these things.

I'd like to register the sous vide to my account for a game I play. The promotional page can be found here:

Problem is... I have no idea how to do that. I looked around the site and currently have a support ticket open, but I thought I'd ask here as well. How can I register my sous vide and claim that code? Is it possible if I received it as a gift? Would I need a serial, receipt, etc.?
