Can't connect to my router

Hi, I seem to be unable to connect to my wi-fi router. I have tried everything and I've run out of ideas. Background:

1) I managed to connect to a separate wifi router everythinbg worked fine, so I know the machine's wi-fi is okay.

2) I tried to connect to my router (apple time capsule) with no success. I ensured that my password is wpa/wpa2, and it still won't connect. I removed the password and it continued to not connect.

Please help me out.

There could be a few reasons why it's not working. I'd check to make sure your WiFi isn't a 5GHz network, as Joule will not connect to this. Your best bet is to open up a help ticket in the Joule app. ChefSteps will be able to better assess your situation and hopefully get you going.

Thanks for replying. The router broadcasts in both bands, 2.4 and 5ghz. I will start a ticket in the app, I didn't know that was possible. Thanks for the suggestion.

Did you find a solution? ChefSteps replaced my joule that had a fatal error, but the new one often won’t connect.

I think you are wrong since you should have been tasted a new type of router reset. Do you know that you can connect to your internet if you try to change your pass on it? It is standard procedure

I believe you should try it. And btw there is a huge database that can give you a chance for each default passw and logins. It's called https://www.router-reset.com/ip/10-0-0-1 and it has all the pros that you want to find..

Restart your router.
Update your network drivers.
Reinstall network drivers.
Check if you're using the correct address.
Try using a different web browser.
Update router firmware.
Reset your router.

Use the Hardware troubleshooter.

Interesting problem, have you tried contacting support and getting recommendations? In this situation, I can only advise you to change the router and try to create a new connection.
