You know what? I'm not even going to bother fixing the video links because it's impossible. YouTube embedding has been royally f***ed on this forum since its redesign. It's impossible to put more than one video in a post or they all turn into the same video. No matter the browser. FOR YEARS.

Anyway, I know the YouTube thumbnail of the chicken hand is disturbing, but the technique is pretty rad. Basically, you dice up chicken thighs, coat them with Activa RM, and put them into a glove that you then tie off and put in the fridge overnight. The next day, you remove the glove, batter the hand, and then deep fry it. It looks so disturbing. It also seems like it could be delicious if you tweaked the batter out and got a solid crunchy fry on it. Give it the Nashville Hot Chicken treatment. Or just hit it with some hot honey. A small one would be good on top of some okonomiyaki. Or throw a pair on top of a pan of paella. Or whatever.
