Whipping Siphon Chargers

What size chargers do you use in your recipes for whipping siphons?

I have found 8 and 16 gram CO2 chargers and have only found 8.4 gram NO2 chargers. Which CO2 should I get, and is the 8.4 the right size for NO2? Thank you!
