I've ordered a couple Joules and love the product as I'm sure you all do. I had an issue with one that prompted I could no longer use it (it didn't go into detail what the issue was). I had bought it through Amazon and since it had been past 30 days I couldn't return it.
ChefSteps stepped in and sent me a new one, no charge.
There are few, if any, companies that would go this far to uphold the integrity of their business & products.
