As of now, a lot of your international fans have been dying to hear any news about joule being available outside The Us (and Canada). Although the only thing you have and “can” say is that there is no firm date on when it will happen, there must be a way to communicate with the community and the people who have waited so long without getting any sort of news since it came out. So I ask you to please update us with the process and if there is any sort of changes in the development since you started officially selling them in the Us.
This cannot go on a lot longer for the people who have confidently been waiting, just to get this exact product. You are going to loose a lot of customers if you keep up with this.
