Pissed off

I just spent $350 on an order and there is an error in the address because the web site keeps changing the fields between shipping and billing to the same.

And I cant find anyone to contact. Keeps taking me to a FAQ page I am so enraged. FMTT x 10.

I would cancel my order but they wont let let me. Next call it to the bank to cancel this transaction.

So, after going through your rants, I first must ask, did you buy your whatever you spend 350 USD on, did you buy it on the website www.chefsteps.com or did you buy it on amazon? I ask this because you have a amazon ad/complaint above. If you did buy it from amazon, are you sure you bought it from ChefSteps, or did you buy it through a third party seller? There are many companies out there that do not provide a phone number, however, they do have email: did you try emailing them? Or submitting your issue through the help option in the app? What is your complaint, beside not having a phone number for the company? You go on and on about not being happy you can't contact anyone directly, but you fail to elaborate on what your issues are. I also would like ot know what links you're clicking on that keep routing you back to the same page. I have no vested interest in the company, but they've already helped me resolve a few issues wiht my unit when it arose and I'm just trying to figure out what the disconnect between you and them are.

Totally confused by these posts. One place he says $350, then $400. Joule doesn't cost that much. Because of his rating post, it looks like Amazon. Rather than rant contact the place you ordered it from. If you have a problem with your Joule, submit a support request in the Joule app, ChefSteps is very responsive to those support requests.

I believe he bought them from a third party vendor, and might have gotten screwed. For better or worse, he's allowed to air his frustrations here. Plenty others have done so. I'm just trying to find all the details of his problem so hopefully I can at least point him in the right direction to get him sorted out.

And help to steer others clear. Before Joule was available in Canada there were some on the Amazon ca site costing upto $1,000.
