It should be pointed out that amazon.ca censored your post, not ChefSteps. If you search through the various posts that have been made on the forum, you will find several less than favorable posts regarding ChefSteps. I'm not trying to detract from your issues with ChefSteps: whatever they are besides you not knowing how to contact them, but the above is an amazon issue, not a seller issue.
Another thing about your post: you say there is no reply when you contact them about a problem, but then you say there is not contact info for them at all. Am I missing something here?

Yeah I have been ranting and nothing deleted yet.

Brian has it right. You ordered from Amazon and complain here! Maybe you should try reporting your issue (s) in the Joule app. In the help and support section then "Submit a Support Request ". ChefSteps is one of the most customer service centric companies I have ever dealt with.

response. I'm personally familiar w/ customer service issues and can without reservation say, their customer service is among the best I've seen. Submit a ticket, you will be looked after.
