Joule launched in UK and you didn't bother to email the people that had registered?

For over 2 years you've suggested we register our email address for updates about upcoming availability internationally, and I discover by accident that you launched in the UK with a launch discount (which I've now missed), that you announced this via Twitter *AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO EMAIL THE PEOPLE YOU ASKED TO REGISTER FOR THIS EXACT PURPOSE*? Seriously.

Bryan: I’m very sorry that you and others didn’t get the announcement email. While we did send an email, it seems not everyone got it. The good news is that Joule is on sale again in the U.K., and also across Europe starting at 3pm PDT today, at our launch pricing. It will remain on sale at this price until end of day on Wednesday.

Hi Chris, I cannot see any price change on Amazon.uk, nor is it listed in France, Germany or Spain. Is a coupon code needed?

Hi Rudy, if the sale price is based on the 3PM PST time (I suspect it is), there is still just over 3 hours to wait and should be approx 9PM London UK Time

I bought Joule for myself without an email last week and now see that I bought it for £40 more because you guys didn’t get the email right!!! After 2 years on a waiting list that’s poor. I’ve been a loyal visitor, premium member and advocate. Really disappointed. I still didn’t get an email for this second promotion, I only found out because I visit the site daily...
