We are working with Amazon to resolve this shipping limitation, and expect it to be resolved shortly. However, Italy will be a country we cannot legally ship to directly because of some unique Italian laws around language requirements that we cannot currently support.

If you're impatient like me and don't want to bet on Chefsteps to 'resolve stuff shortly'... consider ordering from one of the Amazon countries (UK/DE/FR/ES) using a forwarding service. I ordered from amazon.de and used the service of mailboxde.com to get it to my EU country. (I love you Chefsteps, it's just... you know... you're too human at times ;-)
