Hi everyone, I'm very interested in how a Joule can make my life easier... here's my use case... what i'd love to do is take some vac sealed meat and marinade out of the freezer, throw it in the pot in the morning and it will be ready when we get home. Is that possible with this? if so, what types of meats have you used this with? I can imagine that short ribs and flank steak would work, but has anyone done this with chicken or pork?
