Matej_615134
Anyone owning a Joule, which one do you prefer and why ?
What are the pros and cons of both models?

No difference in performance. I have both, no real preference.

BTW, there is a third, rose gold, only at Sur La Table.

Didn’t know there was a 3rd. Thanks

Likewise here. It comes does to aesthetics you prefer. Or price. Not sure if there is a price difference.

Rose gold is available from Chef steps at $199 as is the stainless steel at the same price. The basic white is $179. For Black Friday the stainless steel and basic model were 20% off. I’m not sure if the price holds today.
