Selling some darto pans

I am selling my Darto pans. The very ones seen here

used by the chefsteps team. They are awesome. They’re well seasoned, used frequently, and in good shape. Basically, I got the newer pans they make when they were on deep discount last year, and now have too many pans.

They are DARTO Nº20, DARTO Nº23, DARTO Nº27.

I will post on eBay soon too, but figured some CS people would be interested. Lemme know if you’re interested. Was thinking $140 for the 3, plus shipping.

Um, at first I did the whole painstaking ‘wipe a very fine layer of flax seed oil, bake in hot oven for 2hrs, repeat x a million’ but since then I just use them, let them get hot and smoky, wipe down with veg oil before and after use.

To be clear, the finish is not ‘perfect’ in the sense that they have been loved and used.

But the surface functions very well. I fry eggs and finish meat in them all the time

Also, I should say I live in Washington, if that helps with thinking about shipping.

I guess I'll continue. I have 5 of these pans, went overboard when they had sales. They are great pans. Especially if you already have seasoned them. someone will be happy with those. GLWS.

I realize the sale is moot by now. I am currently seeking a Darto N 23 which is no longer available on their web site. Everything they do have is out of stock right now. I reached out to them but haven't heard back. Is the N. 23 discontinued? Also- This is a first time post. Should I start a new post for this? TIA
