Customer Support Number

Does anyone have a toll free phone number for this company? I need to speak to someone (not email) as I have questions that need answering via phone rather than email. Email is not sufficient. Had I known it was going to be so difficult to speak to an actual person or to even find a toll free phone number, I may not have ordered my sous vide from them. I did send in a 'report' but I need to call them at MY convenience, as I work. Thank you

The question keeps coming up, and in my years of interaction on this site and occasionally searching, i have yet to find one. Maybe someone else has had more luck, but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Non that I am aware of, you need to submit a support request in the Joule app, that is the way to obtain product support for Joule.

Would anyone else really like ChefSteps to have a third option in their recipes with measurements in Cups/Tblsps? I have repeatedly said that if they had this option I'd be cooking every night with their recipes but alas, they won't take my word for it. I do not enjoy measuring and weighing when I'm busy and need to get dinner on the table! Please join in and tell them to have these measurements added to recipes.

@katie_ruelas_669556 I'm actually really against you're idea. Using a scale is faster, more accurate, and more repeatable than volumetric. There are a few like you, here and there, who don't like it, but if it bothers you so much, why not find another website than better appeals to your delicate sensibilities?

This company sucks, I cannot connect to the jewel, it should not be so hard. I can set up my chart plotter/fish finder and auto pilot on my boat to my phone and do software updates but, connecting to this thing is insane and you can’t get someone on the phone to help you. This sucks

I’m making the sous vide short rib pastrami recipe with a 17 lb brisket versus the short ribs. I’m going to brine, smoke and then sous vide. Do I need to alter the cooking times and temps and the brining time for the brisket size?
