Factory Reset Bluetooth Issues

Long story short - my phone died and upon getting a new one, I was unable to connect via Bluetooth to my Joule (despite seeing the name of my Joule in my settings). I tried a factory reset on the Joule but have yet been able to re-connect with Bluetooth. I can connect other devices to my phone with bluetooth..

Has anyone run into this issue before?

You should have just been able to download the app and sign on with your new phone without doing anything else. The Bluetooth connection is tied to your account in the Joule app. You can submit a support request in the Joule app. Their customer service rocks, they will take care of you.
