Square container
Pamela_Mullen_562385
I have a Joule and use it with an 8 qt. Round pan. But I would like to invest in a plastic container with a lid. The Rubbermaid ones come in many sizes. What is a good size for the Joule? Just two people and maybe once a week using Sous Vide.

The size of the vessel is really going to depend on what you plan on cooking inn the regular. I have a 24 quart polycarbonate food service tub that i use for most cooks, but from time to time i find i have the need to use a 15 gallon cooler.

It's nice to have multiple options...as Brian points out, it depends. I go as small as a 4 qt container, and as large as a giant cooler...pots...even the kitchen sink from time to time. For two people, you can do most things with an 8 quart container, but I will go to the 12x18x9 Cambro for many cooks.

I've read your website: what a load of nonsense. How does stainless steel used in sous vide cause cancer? Nothing like a fresh load of spam

, maybe you'll find something there, they have a wide range of different products. They're the best supplier so far, so from my experience in restaraunt business, you'd better check their services.
