I've only been asked to contribute one dish to Thanksgiving this year and I want to make it a hit. I'm thinking SV carrots with a spiced yogurt foam. Couple of questions that I'd love to get feedback on.
1. What spices could I use with the yogurt. I'm thinking something along the lines of cumin, tumeric, maybe sage.
2. Is it possible to make a hot foam with yogurt, if so, anything I need to think about? I have a 1L isi.
3. How to plate for family style? Yogurt on top or bottom?
