So, our crappy ceramic -top oven crapped out (yay!) and now I have to decide on a replacement. Any help would be supported.
We have a 30inch space to put it in, so won't be getting a wide oven. I'm also planning on installing high-quality ventilation.
The ultimate debate for me is gas v. induction v. combi (less likely).
Gas: Am eyeing a
Wolf DF304 , which is gas top, electric oven. But the sucker is spendy. Am also considering a much cheaper ($1000) all-gas model, but my heart doesn't want to.
Induction: I know people have had suggestions in the past, but haven't heard any updates. Main concern is possibly price, but also durability. Do you folks think that lifespan of induction is getting better over time in terms of electronics crapping out?
Combi feels awesome, but out of price range.
