New Stove Decision Help?

So, our crappy ceramic -top oven crapped out (yay!) and now I have to decide on a replacement. Any help would be supported.

We have a 30inch space to put it in, so won't be getting a wide oven. I'm also planning on installing high-quality ventilation.

The ultimate debate for me is gas v. induction v. combi (less likely).

Gas: Am eyeing a Wolf DF304 , which is gas top, electric oven. But the sucker is spendy. Am also considering a much cheaper ($1000) all-gas model, but my heart doesn't want to.

Induction: I know people have had suggestions in the past, but haven't heard any updates. Main concern is possibly price, but also durability. Do you folks think that lifespan of induction is getting better over time in terms of electronics crapping out?

Combi feels awesome, but out of price range.

Thoughts?

GE Cafe Double Oven Induction has been fantastic for me.

I was able to get it for $3200 from a local store and bought an additional 4 years of warranty for $250 which starts up after the 1st year of the manufacturers warranty. So 5 total years. Can also re-up on warranty when the time comes.

The knobs are easily the best part. Can quickly adjust heat without have to push any buttons. Feels exactly like cooking with gas.

Thanks! I'm actually really close to choosing the Café dual-fuel oven. My wife wants gas, and I think gas is pretty sexy, if not nearly as efficient...

Let me know what you think of it. Induction can be limiting. Only certain pans work best on the certain sized hubs. If I have two 11-12 inch pans going, one has to be relegated to the 8" ring and doesn't work as well so I end up trying to share them with the 11" hub. The electric ovens are great. In 7-10 years I'm sure there will be other options out there, but that GE Cafe Dual Fuel with double ovens are high on my list right now.

I would recommend buying a commercial stove, they're more solid though a bit more expensive than regular ones. Ckitchen is a good company, they make commercial kitchen equipment of different kinds, so you can take a look at their site.
