I believe the time for meat, such as a stake, is measured in hours. Maybe four hours, if I remember correctly. So if it was a matter of an hour or so (you really need to be more specific), then I would expect it to be fine. IMHO. IANAD. YMMV.

Joule was set to 129, when I discovered it the water temp was at 103. So time was however long it took to drop 26 degrees. I started it back up and cooked it another hour at 130. We ate it. No bad response yet.

gonna need a lot more detail than what you provided. How hot was it when you found it? How long was it at that temperature? How long between the point of failure and the time it was discovered? As much detail as you can provide would be useful.
