This might be a niche use-case but I was wondering if there was a way - or perhaps I could put in a feature request - to set the Joule to increase the water temp over time.
For example, I make cheese. Temperature control is crucial so instead of turning on and off the stove/burner hoping to get near the right temp I put my Joule in one of my bigger pots and put my milk pot inside that. It makes a very effective and precise double boiler-style working space. The feature request comes in after cutting the curds. Most cheese require the curds and whey to be gradually heated over time. Halloumi for example, needs to go from 90F to 104F over the course of 20 minutes.
It seems reasonable that the App could measure the time it takes to raise the temp of the water by a degree then reduce its heating efforts such that the water goes up by x degrees over y time. I don't know if that means it heats then stops, then heats, then stops, etc, or if it just tries a little less vigorously to heat the water but that would be a very useful feature for people who use the Joule for brewing, cheese making, etc.
Thanks all!
