At ChefSteps, our high quality standards are very important to us. If you have received, and not yet used, the Périgord Black Truffle Sauce, Batch 45 /Lot 1L19311 (see below) we are issuing a full refund, or will provide replacement sauces of your choosing. Please kindly let me know which option you would prefer.

Where to find the lot number/batch number:
Batch - the batch number is on the sauce pouch sticker.
Lot - the lot number is on the paper carton that contains the sauce pouch. It is located below the How To Get Started section."
