When vacuum sealing a bag for sous vide, is there a safe way to also add say a cup of sauce in liquid form? I fear if I just tried it the liquid might come flying up the bag opening when vacuuming and make a real mess. I think if I freeze solid the liquid beforehand it might work, but I'd like to skip that step. I see Joule used to sell sauces but they're no longer offered, and I wonder how such liquids were handled.
