What happened to email updates?

Since April I haven't got any more updates by email

is it just me or... ?

I haven't received email updates in a couple years. The only response I've ever gotten was something to the effect of "this is a, known issue. Please try unsubscribing , then resubscribe." This didn't work, and when i contacted them again, i was basically told there was nothing they could do at that time, and to check in from time to time for updates.
