I just found this joule in my closet after apparently receiving it as a gift years ago? When I try to start it the propeller will only run for about 15 seconds before stopping and giving me an error. I submitted a ticket but I’m unsure how helpful they will be since I have no idea who purchased it. Anyone here have any recommendations to fix this problem?
