Reco for chamber vacuum?
darrenernest
This is expensive. I don’t want to drop 4-figures only to learn later it would have been better to get that one than this one. Which one was used in the salmon mi-cuit? Thanks.

Crickets 🦗🦗🦗... you know what? You’ve lost massive cred/joss by not responding to a question asked... folks* around here act in good faith to questions asked.... unless you’re just a jerk marketing researcher 🕸

Yup, they are extremely pleasing people to deal with in my experience, got my 215 (plus a lot more) from them Customer service is such a dumpster fire in general these days but they just make you feel like you’re in a comfy chair in a galaxy far..far.. away from all that
Slight nitpick though gotta drop the ‘re’ after web... it’s

I used to do the same thing. And also after visiting that link 😳 !yikers! pricing doth gone upwards since thee purchased
Edit.. thought I had figured out the dead link issue... not ;(

I have a VacMaster VP112S, which is great (oil-less pump). You can get a good price and free shipping on webrestaurantstore.com, but unfortunately, prices have gone up (due to the trade war with China?).

Another vote for the VP215. I've had one at home for a couple of years and it's one of the most used items in our kitchen!

Hi Darren, like
@John_Fisher_218893
and others here* I’ve a VP215 and also in "one of those best purchases ever" camp. The oil pump makes it so large batches can be done w/out the overheating. That said a buddy of mine picked one of this company’s offerings and loves it...

Hi Darren, We use the
MultiVac 350
in the ChefSteps kitchen. It’s a large, free-standing unit.

VacMaster VP215, one of the best purchases I have made.
VacPac-it
specs are the same and they are more competitively priced. I recommend it to my sister and she has been happy with it. The only difference I can find, it doesn't have is the space plates ( these just take up space when vac sealing smaller items so vacuum is achieved quicker).
