Anyone experience with Joule purchase from Breville?

I order a Joule as a gift on 12/01/2019. I have not received a notification that the product has shipped as of 12/11/2019. Is this normal?

Yes! Just bought one for my son for Christmas and my original one is still going strong and I use it a couple times per week. Recently it began whistling and I contacted the company and sent along a video of the sound. It still seems to be working fine just now with a noise. They are sending me a brand new unit to replace my whistling one without me even asking for it! So incredibly pleased with this level of customer service! Also, my order came within 2 weeks.

That is good to hear. They've always had very liberal customer service policies at CS, and I've wondered how that might change under Breville.

That won't change at all!, we are still dealing with all of the joule stuff directly here in Seattle.
