The best tools for the restaurant
Casey_Sherman_1121247
I plan to start a new cafe business in the British style. It's gonna be for VIP. With British kitchen and some Mediterrane. My menu is not too wide.
Maybe I could get some advice here on what kitchen tools are the best? And what is must-have?

Check your area if there any government or not for profit organizations that mentor entrepreneurs or help with start up financing. Food businesses are high risk so it is highly unlikely you will get financing but they should have some expertise to make sure you idea makes sense and you have realistic expectations for sales and costs.

Hi Casey—We have a
starter kitchen post
that might prove helpful and all of our recipes list equipment recommendations. I would also recommend Francisco Migoya’s book,
The Modern Cafe
as a great resource for recipes, equipment info, ingredient info, etc.
