Someone just posted this on the Reddit sousvide group. Videos of 5 different "temps" for Center-Cut Tenderloin Roast but only 3 different roasts were actually photographed, with the color saturation changed to make it appear like they were different temps, lol.
Maybe about the time the budget cuts hit.
