Chill on the Email?

Since the beginning of the month I've gotten 7 emails from ChefSteps. Thats a new email almost every 2 days.

I'm a studio pass subscriber, and one of the named benefits is exclusive email. (According to the perks) One of those perks is also that I'm not able to unsubscribe from anything that is marketing content. (According to Support when I asked)

What I'd like right now is a chance to breath instead of frenetic emails every few days insisting "You must do this now!" "Now is the time to cook this!". Yesterdays email was closer in tone, but I saw it in my inbox and sighed at yet another email from ChefSteps.

I signed up for website content, classes and recipes. I didn't sign up for a constant barrage of email.

There's a link to unsubscribe right at the bottom of the emails.

Yes and if I unsubscribe from the marketing emails I unsubscribe everything. I asked support for help on that previously. A fresh new email every 2.5 days is a little much.

They don't need to pitch me anymore. I was premium, I am a studio subscriber.

Hey all, we are currently working on a way with our email provider to get an option set up where you opt into the specific types of emails you want, so that you don't have to get them all. hang tight. it is coming.

It's appreciated. I do wonder though, is it really all just one big list now? Does that mean there isn't a special studio pass newsletter that only subscribers get?

So, I'm finally just unsubscribing. 21 emails since March 3rd, is an email every 1.5 days.

When you guys segregated lists so I can only get the studio pass newsletter I'll jump back in.
