After flirting with freeze dried foods from etsy, and following groups on FB, I think i might be ready to pull the trigger on getting a freeze dryer.
Is Harvest Right the one ChefSteps recommends? Oil pump vs oil-free? Is Breville going to be making one? Based on the recent article it sounds like CS has a fair amount of experience with them.
