I just noticed voting for Paid Class #3 and wanted to put in a note about it. These topics are all too good to miss.

I was hoping for "tune up your knife skills" in the last round, but I am ready to go with Under Pressure.

But it would be a real shame to miss some of the topics who are not going to take the top spot in Round 3, they're even better than before.

I hope a few of the ideas could come back as mini segments if not destined for full courses.

Most all of the first and second place votes will become courses. The course creation is easy for the kitchen at this point. We have been doing content creation as a team for a very long time now. The real limit on getting more courses out is writing, editing and video at this point. Each course needs about 2 weeks of development and a few days of shooting. 2 weeks of video edits, 1 week of music and about 4 weeks of writing and editing. We will see how those time investments change as each team gets better and better with work flow.

I did some editing on an online series awhile back, it does take a lot of time. Even importing clips or exporting and compressing a cut is a lot of dead time while your computer spins at 100%.

Looking forward to the siphon tricks.
