I was hoping Breville/ChefSteps would come out with a Joule Combi Oven, but Anova has beaten them to the punch.

But Joule has always been Apple to Anova's Samsung. So let's learn from Anova and come out with superior oven ChefSteps!

I was thinking the same exact thing. Taking a professional kitchen tool and providing a consumer version sounds just like ChefSteps. That said, is ChefSteps even doing any new product development anymore?

Not sure. Before the CEO Chris left during the Breville merger, I saw an interview where it sounded like they were, but no word since.
