Just wanted to check on this. When a recipe calls for a specific temp for the oven, is this before you add convection or after? Case in point, your popovers recipe calls for 450F with Convection (brev aproved). Is this 450F with convection, or 450F, hit the convection button which results in 425F?
This is even more confusing as my GE oven will remain displaying the 450, but will in fact drop the internal temp of the oven to 425, arghhh!
Having said that, since purchasing my Breville Smart Oven Air, I haven't used my regular stove once. I love this device, but would like to understand the nuances when following recipes on Chef steps.
