1: Is there a standard spreadsheet or online doc that you use for recipes?
2: What are your favorite online resources for recipes (other than Chefsteps)?

I really like Paprika (for Mac). Really well designed and easy to use. It does shopping lists and menu planning. Also,
it plays really nicely with many on-line recipe sites (e.g., Food52, Serious Eats, and Cooks Ill), though not (alas) ChefSteps.
I've tried other methods and apps over the years and Paprika is the best.
One annoyance: I use it on my iPhone as well as my iMac and my wife's Air. You have to download (at not inconsiderable cost) a version for each. However, they sync automatically and everything is backed up in the cloud.

What are some good resources (other than chefsteps) for finding recipes? Especially ones that use weight.

If you are looking for weight measurements it is best to do your searching on non-American websites. The BBC food page is usually in weight measurements.
