I'll cast a vote for Webstaurantstore.com. Price was best, plus, had an outstanding customer service experience. I received a defective blender (not their fault). I called the manufacturer for warranty claim. Manufacturer would not replace and sent me to a repair facility. I called Webstaurantstore.com. They dealt with manufacturer, replaced a defective appliance (which was about a month old) with overnight shipping, and arranged for pick up of defective unit. Will be using them again.

Have bought lots of things from them both personal and for our company. Their shipping can be a bit expensive though. I would have bought my chamber sealer from them except they were out of stock at the time.

I like WRS a lot. Much better than Katom. I ordered some sheet pans and cheesecloth from them and didn't get a ship notification for over a week. Finally called them and they said the order was being held because the cheesecloth was backordered and they were waiting to ship a complete order. Several days pass and they finally shipped the order without the cheesecloth anyway. Not sure why 8 days had to pass for them to do that. Will stick with WRS for future orders.

I ordered some Metro-type shelving and a couple other things Monday the 30th at 8:00 PM.

The stuff arrived today, January 2nd at 8:30 AM, via FedEx.

That's pretty amazing with the holiday and all.

I've ordered lots of stuff from them, but their shipping can be a bit outrageous. I keep an eye out for free shipping on large items. That's where I got my vac chamber from with free shipping. It also helps if you have a business address, much cheaper. I have always received my orders within 4 days of ordering.
